|  Farzana Khatun learned the art of jewelry making under Khalil Khan, a man who helps women to provide for themselves and their families. In addition to wages she also receive bonuses for holidays and other incentives.
Farzana wants to grow with the organization and learn to make designs which would be more successful in the markets. She is married and has a son in school. She is keen to provide her son a good education even though she herself could not study when she was younger. Farzana has learned about Fair Trade and now looks forward as fair trade is making a difference in her life and the lives of her co-workers. | |
