| |  Frantz E. Alphonse is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AP Capital Partners (APCP), a leading middle-market private equity firm. He is also co-author of The Buyout Game, forthcoming shortly. Mr. Alphonse's companies collectively generate approximately $1 billion in sales and employ over 6000 individuals in 14 countries worldwide. He currently serves on the boards for each company. Before forming APCP, Mr. Alphonse held operating positions internationally with some of the world's leading enterprises. He has also had stints in banking on Wall Street, in strategy consulting, and in research positions with faculty at Harvard Business School.
Mr. Alphonse has spoken at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and others, addressing a number of topics from entrepreneurship, corporate finance, leveraged buyouts, and economic policy. In other engagements, particularly focused on young people, he has spoken on the principles of balanced, conscious, and contribution-centered living. He has appeared in various business and lifestyle publications alike and is a member of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization.
Mr. Alphonse is an avid athlete who has competed in over a dozen triathlons. However, his commitment to health and well being as a lifestyle is surpassed only by his dedication to life's deepest joy - meaningfully, sincere and selfless contribution. To those ends, he is the Founder of ClareScale Productions, a documentary film production company, dedicated to advancing public policy solutions to global crises. He is also Chairman of the nascent ClareScale Foundation in which Mr. Alphonse seeks to join with a committed band of professional and amateur triathletes to raise sponsored funding for world hunger relief.
Mr. Alphonse holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Orlando, Florida and Mal Pais, Costa Rica. | |
